Understanding Plans
Expirity has three plans. The difference isn’t just how many domains you can monitor - Pro and Agency unlock faster checking and integrations, and Agency adds features built specifically for managing domains on behalf of clients.
For current pricing and to upgrade, see expirity.io/#pricing. This page covers what each plan actually does.
Starter (free)
Section titled “Starter (free)”The free plan covers the basics for anyone with a small number of domains to keep an eye on:
- Up to 50 domains
- Daily expiry, SSL, and DNS checks
- Email alerts
Pro is built for developers and businesses who need monitoring that keeps up with how fast things change:
- 100 domains base, expandable with domain packs
- Near real-time checking (hourly, vs. daily on Starter)
- DNS change detection - record additions/removals, DNSSEC, SPF, DMARC
- REST API access
- Slack, Discord, and WhatsApp alerts, in addition to email
Agency
Section titled “Agency”Agency includes everything in Pro, plus the tools needed to manage domains across multiple clients without it turning into a spreadsheet:
- 200 domains base, expandable with domain packs
- Client folders - organize domains by client
- Per-client alert routing - route alerts to the right inbox automatically
- Team members and roles - Admin, Editor, and Viewer access for up to 10 team members
Domain packs
Section titled “Domain packs”Every paid plan can expand its domain limit in increments, billed on the same interval as your base plan (monthly or annual). This is the same mechanism on both Pro and Agency - see current pricing on expirity.io/#pricing.
Annual billing
Section titled “Annual billing”Both Pro and Agency offer a discount when billed annually instead of monthly. See expirity.io/#pricing for current rates.
Choosing between Pro and Agency
Section titled “Choosing between Pro and Agency”If you’re monitoring your own domains or a client’s domains without needing to separate them into folders, manage a team, or route alerts per-client, Pro covers it. If you’re an agency or MSP managing domains across several clients - especially with more than one person needing access - Agency is built for that workflow specifically. See Agency Features for the full picture.
