Domain Labels and Tags
Labels let you tag individual domains with your own custom text - “for sale,” “migrating,” “priority client,” or anything else that helps you organize a large portfolio - and then filter the Domains list down to just the domains that match.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”Labels are available on every plan, including Starter.
Adding labels to a domain
Section titled “Adding labels to a domain”Open a domain’s detail panel and go to the same tab where notes live. Type a label and press enter to add it; start typing again and Expirity will suggest labels you’ve already used elsewhere in your account, so “for sale” and “For Sale” don’t end up as two different tags by accident.
Each domain can carry up to 8 labels, and each label can be up to 30 characters.
Filtering by label
Section titled “Filtering by label”On the Domains page, use the Labels control in the toolbar to filter the list to domains carrying one or more selected labels. Selecting multiple labels shows domains matching any of them - combine this with the search box or the status pills (Healthy / Needs attention) to narrow further.
Labels vs. client folders
Section titled “Labels vs. client folders”Labels are independent of client folders (Agency plan). A domain can belong to a client folder and carry any number of labels - the two are separate ways of organizing the same domain and don’t affect each other.
