Public Status Dashboards
A public status dashboard is a read-only page, at its own unique link, that shows the current health of your domains - no login required. It’s built for sharing with clients or stakeholders who need visibility into domain status without access to your Expirity account.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”Public dashboards are available on Pro and Agency plans.
- Pro: one dashboard covering your entire portfolio.
- Agency: one “Full portfolio” dashboard covering every domain across every client, plus one dashboard per client folder - so you can share a client-specific link that shows only their domains.
What’s shown
Section titled “What’s shown”Every dashboard always shows each domain’s name and its current health status (Healthy / Expiring / Critical). You choose which additional fields are visible per dashboard:
- Expiry date
- SSL status
- SSL certificate details (issuer, chain, SANs)
- Nameservers
- Registrar
- Last checked time
Public dashboards never show change history, activity logs, or notes - only current status.
Enabling a dashboard
Section titled “Enabling a dashboard”Go to Public Dashboards under Account in the console sidebar. Turn on the dashboard you want (your full portfolio, or a specific client), choose which fields to show, and copy the link.
Regenerating a link
Section titled “Regenerating a link”If a dashboard link is shared somewhere it shouldn’t be, use Regenerate link to issue a new one immediately - the old link stops working.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Public dashboard pages are excluded from search engine indexing, but the link itself is not password-protected - treat it like any link you’d share with a client, and regenerate it if it leaks.
