Yes, the Starter plan is free forever - not a trial. No credit card required, no time limit. Up to 50 domains, basic SSL monitoring, nameserver change detection and daily expiry alerts are included at no cost.
We check your domains continuously in the background. Starter accounts receive daily monitoring - we consolidate checks and send alerts once per day. Pro and Agency accounts both receive near real-time monitoring, meaning changes are detected and alerted within minutes, with Agency checks given the highest priority in the queue.
Pro and Agency plans support automatic import from Namecheap, GoDaddy and Amazon Route 53. You can also bulk import any domain via CSV on Pro and Agency plans. For the free Starter plan, domains are added manually.
Domain packs add 50 domains to your plan for $5/month each. The pack rate is identical on Pro and Agency - you're never penalised for growing. You can add or remove packs at any time, and changes take effect immediately. On annual plans, packs are billed annually at the same 20% discount.
We support 1,500+ TLDs via RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol) and WHOIS fallback. This includes all major gTLDs (.com, .net, .org, .io, .co) and most ccTLDs. A small number of ccTLDs with restricted WHOIS access (such as some regional registries) may have limited data - we flag this clearly in the dashboard.
All paid plans are billed securely through Paddle. You can pay by card. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time from your account settings.
